Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen distributor and customer relationships in Gujranwala.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coach the sales team within the assigned territory.
  • Set realistic sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Meet with distributors and share plans to improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Travel within the assigned sales area to engage existing and potential customers and enhance brand presence.
  • Utilize outbound telephone calls,email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Implement a structured sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 4+ years of FMCG sales experience, with a proven track record in managing sales teams
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to inspire teams through a positive and performance driven mindset
