Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen distributor and customer relationships in Gujranwala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coach the sales team within the assigned territory.
- Set realistic sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Meet with distributors and share plans to improve return on investment (ROI).
- Travel within the assigned sales area to engage existing and potential customers and enhance brand presence.
- Utilize outbound telephone calls,email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Implement a structured sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 4+ years of FMCG sales experience, with a proven track record in managing sales teams
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to inspire teams through a positive and performance driven mindset
