JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet Sales Targets: Sell enough products to meet the company’s sales goals.
- Stay informed about what customers want, competitors’ activities, and new opportunities to boost sales.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Build good relationships with retailers and distributors, and solve their problems quickly.
- Find New Clients: Look for new stores or distributors to expand sales.
- Show and promote the company’s products to retailers and make sure they stock them.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of market, with existing relationships in the industry being a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
