KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Train, motivate, and collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
- Analyze sales targets and financial reports to identify areas of improvement & achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and operations targets.
- Maintain and meet shops’ VM, administration, operations, and financial targets, standards, and KPI’s. Conduct weekly stock audits and manage inventory levels.
