Job Title: Senior Officer/Cost Control- Coal Mining Industry

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Officer – Cost Control to join our Commercial Team at Tharparkar within the coal mining industry. This role will play a crucial part in monitoring and controlling costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting the organization’s financial objectives through effective cost management strategies.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates from Tharparkar or nearby areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager Commercial to carry out daily work
• Organize and summarize basic data
• Manage the company’s material and service contracts, participates in local contract payment
• Daily communication with HSD, FO suppliers for PO and payment processing, dealing with quality issues and other matters may happen during the supply
• Implement the procurement plan based on actual situation
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Economic Management, Cost Management, Supply Chain Management, Mining, Electromechanical or a related field is preferred (Cost Control related qualification will be given priority)
2. At least 1 years’ or above experience in related positions, working experience in Open Pit Mining, Oil Products Management Company is preferred
3. Familiar with procurement processes, possessing a solid foundation in procurement and strong purchasing capabilities
4. Responsible for the settlement of contracts
5. Development and management of local suppliers/vendors
6. Work diligently with a strong sense of responsibility
7. Have command on any software skills
8. Proficient in English and Chinese will be preferred
