Zellbury is looking for Visual Merchandising Assistant in its E-commerce department.
OVERVIEW Assist in ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised across the website
TARGET PROFILE
EDUCATION
- BBA Marketing
- Google Analytics and data analysis experience preferred
- 1 year experience is required with a fast growing ecommerce in similar role
SKILLS
- Proficient in MS Excel, detailed understanding of Pivot Tables & Formulas
- Understanding of E-commerce KPIs & Metrics
- Exceptional communication(written & verbal) and presentation skills required
- Must be detail-orientated, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid
- organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge & Passion for Fashion Retail
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, fashion is desirable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making the customer journey to locate the desired product simplistic.
- Creation & Daily monitoring of incoming products to ensure the category pages are
- maintained and updated.
- Regular auditing of available product online to ensure it is appropriately represented with
- the customer in mind
- Monitor stock levels and key deliveries to ensure products are attractively presented
- across prime product locations.
- Liaise with supply chain and marketing to merchandise the site to maximize sales.
- Ensuring that the customer can use filtering component to narrow down their search
- Work proactively and bring new ideas to improve shopping experience based on
- customer behaviour and analysis.
- Improving the visual merchandising methods and tools to promote additional selling (“You
- may also like, Upsell & Cross Sell”).
- Ensure that the website stays in line with Zellbury aesthetics, visually balancing the
- products based on commerciality, branding and seasonal trends
- Select outfits and present suggestions to VM Manager for approval for weekly marketing
- calendar
- Prepare Weekly Marketing Plan
