Designation: Deputy General Manager Planning (Stitching)
Qualification: Bachelors /Masters
Experience: 14 to 16 years Experience. (04 years as Senior Manager)

Responsibilities:

Plan resources as per customer’s demand
Production Planning (stitching), Execution, OTS, Inventory control/reduction.
Smooth Supply chain of fabric and stitching units
Making sure Production Plan compliance to fulfill customers’ demands and its execution with the Production team
Making sure OTS by collaboration with Fabric/Accessories/IE/DP and Production teams
Process improvement to ease the outflow of information, the flow of materials and the result-oriented engagement of the team
Shortfall analysis- to gauge areas of improvement
Weekly Plan review with the production team
Gemba along with the COO for problem-solving on the floor
SNOP with Customers/Sales team

Qualification: Intermediate/ Graduate
Experience: : 02-03 years (Home Textile)

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely Executions of all developments & strong Follow-ups for the Running Developments
Follow-ups with local customer offices on ongoing developments statuses and queries
Ensure meeting the customer deadlines and timely initiating of the developments and addressing the queries timely
Ensure timely response for both internal and external customers
Identifying and resolving the problems that occur during the development process
Ensure compliance with internal protocols i.e., coordinating with relevant departments to devise a way forward for any new development
Manage the development statuses, customer TNA and sample submission records properly
Planning and alignment of the developments process
Ensure teamwork and achievements of KPIs
Other than the above Task assigned by Management
