Waterlink Group of Companies Jobs Senior HSE Executive:
Waterlink Group of Companies is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HSE Executive for our Port Qasim facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and managing effective Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Provide guidance and training to employees on HSE practices, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
Investigate incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HSE programs through data analysis and reporting.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
Liaise with external agencies, contractors, and stakeholders on HSE matters.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in HSE, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, are highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively promote and enforce HSE policies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
Ability to conduct training sessions and create awareness about HSE practices.
Proficient in using HSE management systems and software.
