Uniworth urgently need a CSR for our Call Center
Responsibilities:
• Addressing all customer related matters through different means of communication (Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, Online Chat)
• Processing all online orders.
• Coordination with web warehouse for online orders
• Call Courier Logistic operations (Coordination, Complaints, Follow-ups)
• Increase and emphasize Customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer services.
Gender: Male only
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Timing: 1pm to 9pm and 3pm to 11pm
Location: KLP Lahore
