Uniworth Dress Co. looking for Customer Service Officer for its call center
Job Description:
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
- Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, etc
Other Requirements:
- Strong Ecommerce background
- Flexible to work in evening / night shift.
Qualifications: Graduation
Exp: 3-4 years in Customer Service preferably in Fashion & Apparel
