Responsibilities include:
- Assist Company Secretary in preparing notices, agendas, working papers and minutes for the AGMs, Board, and Committee meetings of the Company.
- Update shareholder information and company website for Corporate information.
- Processing of interim and final cash dividends as well as running payments cycle fortnightly
- Reconciliation of unclaimed and unpaid Dividend.
- Correspondence with CDC on various shareholder and corporate matters.
- Preparation of register of related party transactions.
- To review changes of SROs and preparation of drafts for circulation for information.
- Assistance on various corporate matters.

Experience: 3 years of post-qualification experience

Responsibilities include:
·Timely and accurate compliance for withholding tax payments, quarterly statements, annual statements and annual income tax returns.
·Work to improve accounting systems to automate tax related reporting and compliances.
·Liaise with Tax consultants and auditors for tax audits, returns and other ad-hoc compliances.
·Support month-end and year-end closing process with requisite schedules.
·Perform other tasks as assigned.
