Key Responsibilties:
• Responsible for providing analytical assessment of revenue and cost drivers as well as providing critical evaluation of New and existing initiatives.
• Key role in budgetary exercise and on-going tracking of variance in Actual Vs Budget expenditure with proper justification and objective to rationalize expenses.
• To assist Unit Head – Portfolio in preparing MoM Product Profitability Review Model.
• To assist Unit Head – Portfolio in Incentive Reconciliation.
• To assist Unit Head – Portfolio in Cost & Benefit Analysis of New Initiatives.
• To assist Unit Head – Portfolio in preparing Bottoms up Budget and tracking Actual vs. Budget Expense.
• To assist Unit Head – Portfolio in preparing Daily MIS on Key Business Indicators.
• To assist Unit Head – Portfolio in extracting OPEX items from the GL and presenting various cuts to the management with proper identification of loopholes and recommending solutions.
• Bottoms up Budget preparation with buy in of the relevant Functional Heads and alignment with the Top down Budget

• Evaluate product and campaign business cases
• Evaluate channel commission campaigns
• Analysis of financial services revenue, margins, Competition pricing and commissioning
• Assist in preparation of quarterly forecast for easypaisa
• Tracking and analysis of daily trends
• Assist in Development of product offerings (price plans/bundle offers/discount campaigns etc)
• Make business cases to support new proposals
• Effect realization of price moves/ campaigns/ changes in commission

• Development and management of strategic plans & high level business plan including vision, priorities and core business analysis.
• Flash Reporting, Reporting to Group and Management of Business Performance.
• Keeps and maintains adequate historical financial and non-financial records of all business data to provide relevant figures to achieve the business aspiration.
• Evaluates financial reports and determine how the finances will impact business operations.
• Create trends and publish forecasts & budget models monthly, quarterly & annually. Analyzes reporting needs & available data which are responsive to the needs of the department.
• Identify risks & opportunities of the forecast models and generate risk assessments by researching and analyzing diversified data to draw valid conclusions.
• Keep financial data secure, and documenting activity and procedures for future reference.
• Assists in understanding laws, regulations and developments which impacts business in the banking sector.
