We are hiring BI & Compensation Analyst for our office in Karachi!
Office Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or any quantitative field.
Experience: 3+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Shift Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM / US Time Zone

Job Specifications and Duties:
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets – Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs, and prioritize and deliver reporting and dashboards that add business value.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and accuracy across all processes and reports.
• Augment BI capabilities, develop automated self-serve dashboards, and accelerate data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Evolve the team beyond descriptive analytics towards predictive and prescriptive analytics applying AI/ML.
• Stay on top of current and emerging trends in Business Intelligence and Analytics, assess their relevance to and impact on the organization, and implement changes as needed.
