Job Summary: Work within unit to support Line Manager in implementation of business strategy, plans, products, performance, and risk-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Assurance Unit (SAU) Team to meet ultimate Unit goals. Â
- Keep abreast of developments in Governance and support the line manager accordingly.
- Partnering the business on Sales assurance matters to ensure business growth is balanced with risk management and control.
- Documents scrutiny of Wealth Management (WM) Products as per approved checklist.
- Daily SAU Tracker to be maintained at SAU Analyst Level.
- Respond to frontline staff queries for resolution and processing of WM business
- Coordination with Product team for WM business processing
- Coordination with Financial Market Operations/WM
- Adhoc assignments and activities as defined in SAU DOI
- Ensure regulatory compliance of activities in accordance with Group and Local Regulatory guidelines.

- Ensure proper execution of day-to-day presales Scrutiny & Call backs controls, periodic monitoring activities and timely reporting of MISs, exceptions, escalations if any and conducting of Service Calls.
- To be the source of reference within the business unit in facilitating and promoting the understanding of Sales Assurance Unit carrying both Presales document examination and presales client call backs.Â
- Proactively communicate the assurance related issues to line manager for necessary action.Â
- An anticipatory approach to risk identification of new issues/gaps in order to improve Control environment within the Sales Assurance Unit.
- Support line manager by performing the additional activities as assigned and inform outcomes within timelines.Â

Job Summary: To deliver excellent client service and advice to our Corporate & Investment Banking clients in all interactions for their post transactional enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for serving as the primary contact person for clients and internal staff for advice, enquiries, complaints and any other service issues.
- Deliver excellent service against agreed service standards.
- As a service partner, work together with Relationship Managers (RMs), Product Sales, Operations and other key internal stakeholders to solve client issues and identify opportunities to improve overall service for the clients.
- Build relationships and rapport with identified ‘premier’ clients at the transactional / operational level (Premier Service Manager).
- Facilitate Channels on boarding, on-going maintenance activities including training and post implementation service support to our Straight2Bank clients.
- Primary point of contact for external clients for professional advice, enquiries, complaints, resolving of discrepancies and transactional errors.
- Provide the highest standard of client service in response to client enquiries and complaints, so as to create improved, lasting relationships with our clients.

Job Summary
Process all Bancassurance, Government securities and Mutual Funds applications timely and to complete any other additional task assigned by Line Manager or above. Exercise vigilance before processing of transactions to avoid any operational loss. Suggest improvements in current practices and implement action plans for continuous process improvements to enhance processing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- To contribute towards superior service delivery and cost control related to operations of the Wealth Management Businesses by ensuring error free and timely processing of wealth product’s sale and after sales applications.
- To ensure that wealth product’s sale and after sales related activities are carried out with the maximum efficiency, security & control and that service is provided to both internal & external customers in accordance with agreed service standards.
- To design, recommend and implement action plans for continuous process improvements to enhance both processing efficiency and operational controls and save costs.
- Ensuring Wealth Management Operations deliver service as per agreed service standards.
- Ensuring initiation, tracking, monitoring, and delivering of key improvement initiatives and projects.
- Ensuring changes to system, processes or product offerings are handled in an effective and seamless manner delivering the expected outcomes.

- Provides timely data/information to officers concerned in preparation of reports/returns required by Group, Central Bank and Tax authorities.
- Acts as a backup for Line Manager as per department’s backup schedule and contingency plans.
- Due care and vigilance to be taken before processing of transaction to avoid any operational loss.Â
- Ensure to complete any other additional task assigned by Line Manager or above.
- Vault keys held as per the combination of keys and mentioned on key register.
- Ensure all records are properly stored and archived as per Bank policy.
- Effectively manage risks and create a robust control environment.
- Ensure adherence to all CST (Control Sample Testing) and HCL (Health Checklist).
- Assist in coordinating, facilitating, and promoting understanding of Operational Risk and in implementation and management of Governance & Control within the unit.
- Ensure to review and assess risks within my given segment and maintain complete oversight of the risk with controls and ensure that the same are escalated to the respective risk forums with appropriate action plans. Where there is a need to retarget or change any action emanating out of any external/uncontrollable factor, the same will be escalated well before time for necessary actions to be imparted with required approval as per the bank’s requirement
- Ensure that all processes/practices in the Unit comply with the Bank’s risk and compliance procedures to minimize security and risk exposure.
