Qualification: Intermediate/Graduation
Shift: Rotational
Skill Required:
- Excellent written English and Urdu skills
- Fast typing and good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media chats
- Insurance knowledge preferred; prior chat support is a plus
Job Specifications & Duties:
- Manage customer messages & comments across social media platforms.
- Respond to queries about insurance life plans.
- Follow up with interested leads and coordinate with the sales/advisor team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
