VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT: Divisional Forest Officer, National Parks Wildlife Division D.I.Khan invites applications from the eligible candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following project posts purely on contractual basis in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Implementation Policy 2022 under the project titled “Implementation of Management Plan of Sheikh Buddin National Park” fulfilling the given criteria as per detail below:

VACANCIES LIST

1. Range Officer Wildlife (BPS-16)

· No. of Posts: 01

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:

o (i) B.Sc. in Wildlife Management / Wildlife Ecology / Wildlife Biology from a recognized University or Institute with at least 2nd Division: OR

o (ii) B.Sc. Forestry from Pakistan Forest Institute Peshawar in 2nd Division; OR

o (iii) B.Sc. from a recognized University with Zoology / Botany as one of the subjects in 2nd Division.

Note: Qualifications at serial No. ii will only be considered when no suitable candidate with qualification at serial No. i and ii, is available.

2. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

· No. of Posts: 01

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:
- o a) At least Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (BCS/BIT 4 years) or M.Sc. in Computer Science (two years) from a recognized university. OR
- o b) At least Second Class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with one year Diploma in Information Technology (IT) from a recognized Board of Technical Education.

Age Limit at the time of Closing Date: 20-30 years

3. Sub-Engineer (BPS-12)

· No. of Posts: 01

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria: At least Second-Class Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil), from a recognized Board of Technical Education.

4. Deputy Ranger Wildlife (BPS-11)

· No. of Posts: 02

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria: F.Sc (Pre-Medical) in Second Division or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.

5. Wildlife Watcher (BPS-07)

· No. of Posts: 08

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:

o a) At least 2nd class Intermediate certificate with Metric Science from a recognized Board; and

b) Physical fitness:

§ i) Height: five feet and six inches (minimum)

ii) Chest Size: 34-36 inches (minimum)

iii) Eye Sight V-6J (with glasses) each eye 6×6

Note: It is essential that the candidate will have to qualify Marathon race of 2 Km within 20 minutes.

6. Driver (BPS-06)

· No. of Posts: 01

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria: Preferably literate; and possessing a valid light vehicle (LTV) driving license and three years’ driving experience.

7. Wildlife Chowkidar (BPS-03)

· No. of Posts: 04

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria: Preferably literate having intimate knowledge of local wildlife and habitat.

8. Naib Qasid (BPS-03)

· No. of Posts: 01

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria: Preferably literate and local.

· No. of Posts: 01

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria: Preferably literate and local.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

01. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.

02. For posts at Serial No. 1 to 6: All the candidates are required to create account on ETEA’s Website. After creating account and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulattoken from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk), without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.

03. For posts at Serial No. 8 and 9: All aspiring candidates shall submit their applications along with attested copies of all relevant documents directly to office of the Divisional Forest Officer National Parks Wildlife Division D.I.Khan till 06/11/2026 on the underneath given address.

04. Appointment to the above project posts will be made under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Implementation Policy 2022. The employees so appointed will be governed by the Project policy, and their services will be liable to termination upon expiry of the project life or earlier if their performance is found unsatisfactory.

05. For the purpose of evaluation and selection, Scoring Matrix (d), as prescribed under sub-para (iii) of Paragraph 6, “Criteria for Selection,” Chapter 4: Human Resource Related Provisions of the Project Implementation Policy 2022 shall be adopted.

06. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

07. Candidates should be eligible on all respects by the last date of the receipt of the applications.

08. Incomplete applications and applications received after last date will not be entertained.

09. Relaxation of age WILL NOT be admissible.

10. The Candidates working in Government/Semi-government bodies should apply through proper channel.

11. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.

12. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.

13. No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview.

14. In case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from IBCC/HEC must be provided.

15. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY:

01. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the desired post(s) online.

02. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project Code, and Candidates personal information) will be generated.

03. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through 1Link.

04. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (Candidates Copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

05. After online apply, do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA Office, copies of documents/testimonials will however be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test as and when required by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purpose.

06. Availability of online application form on www.etea.edu.pk is 16/10/2026.

07. Last date for submission of online application is 06/11/2026.

08. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to not give ported/converted mobile numbers.

09. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slips.

10. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
