𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 (𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞) 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡)

This position will be based at the Head Office (Karachi).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to local customer markets across the South region to ensure customer satisfaction and effective sales operations.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by expanding the customer base and strengthening client relationships.
Take full ownership of all allocated accounts, ensuring complete account coverage and consistent follow-up through CRM.
Conduct regular market visits to support and expand the local dealer network, including Interior Sindh, while increasing coverage across new and existing markets.
Support the South Sales team with customer visits related to orders, collections, and other sales activities.
Support local business development initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Ensure timely recovery of customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Obtain and process new orders from existing and potential customers.
Maintain accurate and timely entry of Sales Orders (SOs) in SAP.
Coordinate with the Planning Department to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate them to the concerned department for timely resolution.
Follow up with customers and factory teams regarding shipment schedules, pricing discussions, and other sales-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in dealer sales.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within Karachi and Interior Sindh.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP/CRM systems will be an advantage.
