AL Habib Asset Management Limited is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive mutual fund sales and revenue growth through effective relationship building and sales strategies.
- Provide tailored investment solutions and advice to clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their investment needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably 3 years’ experience in Fund Management industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
POSITIONS BASED IN: Lahore, Karachi, Rahim Yar Khan, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sialkot and Gujrat.
COMPENSATION: Market competitive compensation package will be offered.
