Nando’s Pakistan is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations – Pakistan to lead our restaurant operations, drive business performance, and create exceptional experiences for our guests and teams.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Food & Beverage Management; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role in Restaurant, FMCG, Hospitality, or Retail.
- Operational Excellence: Strong command of operations, quality standards, and SOP compliance.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to manage P&L and budgets, drive cost efficiency and business growth.
- People Leadership: Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyse problems and turn business insights into action.
- Food & Safety: Commitment to health, safety, and brand standards.
