CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE POSITION OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OFFICER (MTO)
National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), a public sector company / State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) and a leading name in Pakistan’s General Insurance Industry, as part of its commitment to enhancing the capacity of recent graduates, is offering on-the-job training for an initial period of two years as Management Trainee Officers. Candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria given below are required to appear in a written examination conducted under Open Testing Service (OTS).
Position & Details:
- Vacancy: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
- No. of Vacancies: 15
- Minimum Monthly Stipend during Traineeship: Rs. 100,000/-
- Qualification:
- a) Fresh graduates having Master’s degree or 4 years bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from a local/foreign institute / university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan in field of Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Insurance, or equivalent with at least 60% marks; OR
- b) Equivalent Professional qualification of ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA and PIPFA.
- Maximum Age: 28 Years (as on closing date of the advertisement)
- Duty Station: Lahore / Karachi / Islamabad

- Computer literacy is mandatory for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO), while candidates with experience working in an ERP environment will be given preference.
- This is purely a contractual position with an open-ended contract, services for which will be governed under the terms and conditions of the agreement.
- Only top successful candidates in the written examination will be called for the next stage, i.e., interviews.
- Candidates will not be entitled to DA/TA for appearing in the written test or interview.
- Original educational documents and degrees verified by Higher Education Commission (HEC) will be required at the time of the interview.
- Final selection will be made under the approved policy of the company.
- Any attempt to influence the selection and appointment process will render the candidate ineligible for appointment, regardless of whether the candidate meets the eligibility criteria.
- Incomplete, late received, or applications not submitted in accordance with the above instructions will not be considered.
- National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) reserves the right to cancel the appointment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

- Along with submitting the application on the National Job Portal, candidates must also register online and submit the application form on the Open Testing Service (OTS) website (www.ots.org.pk) for their test.
- Complete details regarding Test Content and Area of Test will also be mentioned on the Open Testing Service website.
- To pay the application fee, log in to your banking app, select Bill Payment, enter your PSID, verify the details, and complete the payment.
- Candidates must upload scanned copies of both sides of their CNIC, domicile certificate, experience certificates (if applicable), and other relevant documents along with all educational credentials through the online application portal.
- Applications can be submitted within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement; applications received late will not be entertained.
