ADVERTISEMENT: Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment on the following posts/vacancies lying vacant in the District and Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas.

1. Stenographer (BPS-16)

- Qualification: Intermediate from recognized Institution; Shorthand speed 80 W.P.M with certificate from reputable institution; Typing speed 40 W.P.M; Proficiency in MS Office.

2. Computer Operator (BPS-12)

PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INSTRUCTION FOR THE POST AT SERIAL NO.01 TO 03

Interested Candidates are required to fill “Online Job Application Form” through STS (SIBA Testing Service) portal, https://apply.sts.net.pk and after completion of Form, the candidate can download a system generated challan of Rs.1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred only), which may be deposited via any ABL Bank Ltd Branch or MyABL app. Alternatively candidates may use the 1 link 1 Bill reference number to pay through internet banking portal of any 1bill-linked bank.
The Candidates shall not send or submit the manual/hard copy of the Form, documents and challan to STS or District Court, Mirpurkhas as same shall not be accepted and such application received by post will not be entertained.
The initial MCQs based written test will be conducted by STS at Mirpurkhas.
The Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, a recent photograph, all academic documents, Character Certificate of the academic institution last attended and Character Certificates from two other respectable persons (not being relatives), required certificates be uploaded on portal when applying online.
Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the online application Form and avoid providing numbers that have been converted to another network as candidates will be informed through SMS alert.
All updates and notification about the test dates, admit slips, result announcement, list of successful candidates or any other information will be uploaded on the STS website/portal as well as on notice board and website of District & Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas (https://www.districtcourtsmirpurkhas.gos.pk). In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
The list of eligible and ineligible candidates will be uploaded on STS website for inviting objections, if any. In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates must resolve the objections within 10 days. Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in rejection of the application Form.
The candidates obtaining 40% marks in the initial MCQs based written test will be called for Skill Test/Typing Test/Shorthand test as per requirement of the post. The candidates who successfully qualified the Skill Test shall be called for the interview by Departmental Promotion & Selection Committee (DPSC). The Skill Test and Interview will be conducted by the DPSC of the District & Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas.

INSTRUCTION FOR THE POST AT SERIAL NO.04 TO 08

Interested Candidates are required to download the “Job Application Form” from the official website of the District and Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas i.e. https://www.districtcourtsmirpurkhas.gos.pk or obtain such Form from the Office of the Superintendent of the District & Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas during office hours before closing date and submit their duly filled Job Application Form along with attested copies of required documents on or before the closing date during office hours (Monday to Thursday & Saturday 08:30 A.M to 03:00 P.M and on Friday 08:30 A.M to 12:30 P.M).
The Applications must be accompanied by attested copies of the certificates/testimonials including Academic Certificates, Domicile, PRC/Form-D, CNIC, Character Certificate of the academic institution last attended/Character Certificates from two other respectable persons (not being relatives), two recent passport size photographs and NOC (in case of Government servant).
Candidates are advised to use their original mobile number preferably available on whatsapp in the application Form as candidates will be informed through WhatsApp/SMS alert.
The list of eligible and ineligible candidates will be uploaded on the website and notice board of District Court, Mirpurkhas for inviting objections, if any. In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates must resolve the objections within 10 days. Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in rejection of the application Form.

Initial Test will be conducted for the each post by Departmental Promotion & Selection Committee (DPSC) of District and Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas.
The candidates obtaining 40% marks in the initial test will be called for interview by the Departmental Promotion & Selection Committee of the District & Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR ALL POSTS

Providing fictitious, exaggerated or misleading information shall result in rejection of applications and can lead to termination of employment at any stage.
Age of candidates for all the posts shall be reckoned as on the last date fixed for submission of applications for appointment.
Ineligible candidates and those not fulfilling conditions or submitting incomplete applications will not be considered and their application will be rejected without assigning any reason.
Special/reserved quota shall be observed as per rules/policy, where applicable.
Candidate with disability are required to submit CNIC having wheelchair logo issued by NADRA and valid disability Certificate. Disability quota of five percent will be strictly adhered as provided in section 05 of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973.
Female candidates will be provided equal opportunity to participate.
Government servants should apply through proper channel.
In case of Government servants who have served in connection with the affairs of the Federation or the province of Sindh for a period not less than 03 (three) years, the upper age limit shall be 30 (thirty) years as per Rule 7 of Sindh Judicial Staff Services Rule, 1992.
The over age candidates if qualified the test/interview and selected for appointment on the basis of experience, qualification and skills, their cases would be submitted to the Honourable Chief Justice of High Court of Sindh, Karachi for relaxation in their upper age limit and approval as per rules.
All the candidates shall mention their Mobile/Contact numbers and complete postal address for any future communication.
All the candidates must bring their original CNICs at time of their initial test and Skill tests and no candidate shall be allowed to attend the tests without original CNIC on any excuse. Candidates, at the time of interview, must bring their original documents with application Form and original CNIC.
Number of vacancies for all or any of the posts may be increased or decreased subject to availability of the posts.
List of Final Result showing successful candidates for all posts shall be affixed on notice board as well as available on the website of the District & Sessions Court, Mirpurkhas.
Appointment of successful candidates for all posts shall be subject to verification of documents, declaration of their physical fitness by a Board of Medical Officers, appointed by the Government.
No TA and DA will be paid for appearing in Test/Interview.
Candidate(s) applying for more than one post should apply separately for each post.
The last date of submission of application for all posts will be: 17-09-2026.
ANY EXTERNAL INFLUENCE FOR SELECTION WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION FOR THE POST APPLIED FOR AND THE DECISION OF THE DEPARTMENTAL PROMOTION & SELECTION COMMITTEE (DPSC) OF THIS COURT SHALL BE FINAL.
