Requirements

Develop and implement HR programs and policies for standardization and productivity.
Up-to-date on employment laws and compliance.
Strong business acumen and a results-oriented attitude.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees development.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Minimum Master’s degree in HR; any certification is a plus.
Minimum 15 years of experience in all functions of HR
With at least 5 years of experience in managing a team.

Requirements

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Lead budgeting and forecasting.
Manage cash flow and working capital.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Implement financial controls and safeguards.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Manage relationships with banks and investors.
Contribute to strategic planning with financial insights.
Prior experience as a company secretary with strong knowledge of SECP regulations.
Strong knowledge of business finance.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO position.
CA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
