OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for Operations Manager for one of our entities engaged in mining business.
Requirements
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure mining projects are completed safely, efficiently and within budget.
- Should have hands on experience on project planning till the execution of the project.
- Knowledge of mining techniques, equipment and technologies.
- Ensure project requirements for permits, licenses, and regulatory agency approvals are met and up to date.
- Proficiency in Primavera for project scheduling and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology or any relevant degree.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with 5 years of experience in management & supervisory roles.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mining chemical processes.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support operations.
- BE in Chemical or any relevant degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
CHEMIST
- Develop and refine chemical methods for mineral processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in chemical analysis and procedures.
- Analyze data and generate reports to aid in operational decisions.
- BS in Chemical or any relevant degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
