Simpaisa is looking for an Assistant Manager Treasury, the person would be responsible to manage periodic treasury finance tasks and assist the department in achieving collaborative objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the company’s relationships with the banks.
- Ensure that cash availability for the daily operational requirement.
- Manage the remittance merchant’s ledgers and reporting
- Manage the inward remittance data and it’s reporting
- Manage the FX data and reporting.
- Assist the reporting line manager in overall consolidated liquidity handling and management
- Provide Suggestions in matters of improvement of Company’s Cash Management.
- Support the reporting line manager by providing the necessary data for the departmental KPIs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- ACCA/CA Qualified or Master’s degree in Finance, or in a related field from a reputed university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry.
- Proficient in cash forecasting and cash management techniques, with a proven ability to optimize liquidity.
- Knowledge of short-term funding strategies, currency risk management, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects and delivering results within deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
