SIFA (Clothing Brand) is looking potential candidate for following position.
âž¡ Senior Plotter
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Presents and delivers brand-right designs that tie back to the overall concept and business strategy; encompassing style, color/print, patterns, and graphics for new/existing product lines.
•Research industry trends, market competitors, and trade shows for new materials, colors, and design trends.
•Collaborate with the Designer & team to develop original artworks and layouts (repeat patterns, geo’s, stripes, and feeder stripes) appropriate for concept direction and seasonal needs
•Collaborate with the Development team to manage lead time and ensure calendar deadlines are met.
•Organize fabrics by all relevant specifications – for example, construction, mill, active status, end-use, price, etc.
•Analyze construction and yarn size, weave, knit, etc.
•Understand pricing structure and end-use of garments
~ (candidates having 2-3 years’ experience in apparel clothing brand will be preferred).

Job Description
•Clothing store manager must understand the market and keep up with latest fashion trends.
•Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
•Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
•Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
•Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
•Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
•Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
•Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
Store Manager Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
•A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Store Manager working in a retail environment.
•Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
•Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
