Maintenance of Costing data as per costing standards.
Bringing in the Efficiency in our Processes to enhance the output.
Calculation of FOH Rate.
To Analyze Product Cost, Gross Margin & Establish Selling Prices.
To Analyze & Calculate the Normal & Abnormal Wastage.
Coordination with Inventory Controller for allied matters.
Variance Analysis Applied & Actual Cost.
To Computes Operating Fixed and Variable Costs and Compares such Costs with Budgets.
Track Work Order-Wise Costs Incurred against Applied Costs
Budget vs Actual
Preparation of Annual Budget
Prepare timely and detailed reports on monthly basis

Job Description:

To supervise and ensure receipt of incoming material and issuance to packaging department.
To manage inventory software with zero error.
To make Stock Transfer Note (STN) in system against Material Requisition (MR).
To make MRN in system of all received material from Production department.
Reconciliation of material with the production department.
Ensure zero stock variance, stock accuracy as per system generated stock report.

Technical Skills & Attributes Required:

Computer literate.
Knowledge of inventory software/ Knowledge of ERP.
