Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
✅ Drive operational excellence through process improvement and automation
✅ Monitor KPIs and ensure financial accuracy across operations
✅ Partner with departments to improve efficiency and profitability
✅ Support management in strategic decision making with financial insights
Key Requirements:
✅ 5+ years experience in Finance, Costing, or Operations role
✅ Strong knowledge of ERP, MIS, and financial reporting
✅ Proven track record in process improvement and operational efficiency
✅ Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
✅ ACCA / CA / MBA Finance preferred
