𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗨𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱)

The Manager Planning – Unstitched is responsible for developing and executing demand, supply, and inventory plans for the Unstitched product category. The role ensures the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities while optimizing inventory levels and supporting sales targets at Head Office, Karachi.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–3 years in a managerial role with experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Merchandising Planning, or Inventory Management.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Develop seasonal and monthly demand forecasts for the Unstitched category using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans.
Prepare procurement and replenishment plans to ensure timely product availability.
Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and retail stores to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.
Coordinate with Merchandising and Buying teams regarding purchase planning and delivery schedules.
Track supplier production and shipment timelines to ensure on-time product availability.
Analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and stock aging to recommend corrective actions.
Prepare Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans based on business requirements.
Ensure optimum inventory levels while maintaining targeted inventory holding costs.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for smooth inventory movement.
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and develop liquidation or replenishment strategies.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and present recommendations to management.
Utilize ERP systems for planning, inventory monitoring, and reporting.
Lead and develop the planning team to achieve departmental objectives.
