Saima Packaging Pvt Ltd Jobs Planning Officer :

Saima Packaging Pvt Ltd looking for competent and detail-oriented Planning Officer to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in prepare and update production plans in line with the customer demand, manufacturing capacity, marketing and operations projects, availability of material and FG inventories. Control the realization of production sales plans and in case of changes, react if necessary to ensure uninterrupted product supply to meet the demand in a cost effective manner.
Prepare and regularly update the requirement for Raw Materials, Ink, Packing Materials and tooling to ensure timely availability in a cost effective manner.
To evaluate & counter forecast trend of respective customers in order to prepare accurate requirement of raw material.
Maintain existing planning systems and databases are always up to date and accurate.
Prepare and distribute monthly report with consolidated information on plans performance, highlighting main measurable parameters and changes/add-ins. Prepare and submit ad-hoc reports to the other departments and management for decision making.

Education: Graduation and masters

Preferably: 3-4 years of relevant experience.
