We are seeking Head of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead financial strategies and operations for our growing real estate division.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms.
- 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong background in real estate financing, investment analysis, and market dynamics.
- Experience with REIT schemes or IPOs is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of implementing financial strategies to drive growth.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent from the recognized institution/university.
- 20 years of experience in the real estate marketing sector.
- Will lead the marketing and sales campaigns for a flagship project of the “Riphah Medical City”.
- To establish and lead a high-performing team.
- The incumbent will play a vital role in strategizing, implementing and managing marketing and sales initiatives to achieve the projects goals.
