Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver a strategic technological vision
· Ensure delivery consistent with Agile processes across the team
· Collaborates with Project Manager to plan and coordinate client-facing activities such as calls, onsite meetings, or responses to inquiries, including but not limited to developing effective scoping questions and related documentation
· Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
· Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm
· Coordinates closely with Project Manager to align solution design with customer’s business requirement
· Provides coaching and professional development to customer’s relevant team to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical skills
