We are hiring. In-Charge Customer Service
Key Accountabilities
- Conducting press trials for the developed products and supervise new products as per customer requirement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of technical issue and resolution.
- Analyze and optimize technical processes and procedures.
- Conduct IMS Activities.
- Coordinate with R&D and Production team for customer trials.
- Developing and processing RCA/ CAPA of printing problems as per customer requirement.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BS/ MSc Chemistry or Chemical Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in rotogravure/ flexographic process.
- Basic knowledge of printing inks technology.
- Ability to perform tasks measured on time and precision & accuracy.
- Ability to lead team and build relationships with customers.
