Ocean Ceramics Pvt Ltd. a joint venture of renowned business groups of Pakistanin construction and building materials industry, is in the process of establishing itsnew state of the art ceramic tile plant in Allama lqbal Industrial City, Specialized Economic Zone, Faisalabad. The company is seeking an experienced and professional individual for
the following positions:
Position: General Manager Technical
Key Resonsibilities
1-Identification and selection of plant and machinery.
2-Planning, implementation and supervision of plant erection.
3-Selection of manpower and team building.
4-Start up the plant and stabilizing the process, quality standards & operational procedures.
5-Identification of raw materials and their sourcing.
6-New Product Development with high contribution and stabilizing the process with low variable cost.
7-Responsible for customer complaints & quality assurance.
8-Reducing the variable cost, Stabilizing the process and Quality by reducing the process loss.
9-Trouble shooting which includes controlling day to day problems.
10-Inventory control & budget planning based on the forecast of sales.
Eligibility Criteria
Relevant qualification
Minimum 15 years’ experience in ceramic tiles plant operations along with experience
of plant erection and its commissioning. Preference shall be given to the one having experience on
both/ different European and Chinese plants.
Position: Manager Electical
Key Resonsibilities
1-Plan and execute all phases of plant erection as per electrical engineering drawings.
2-To build and lead electrical team in pre & post plant erection & in manufacturing phase.
3-Build and implement plant preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with
machine manuals and suppliers recommendation.
4-Preparation of BOQs and estimates
Eligibility Criteria
Bse / B.Tech Electrical with minimum 10 years experience in plant erection, maintenance and operations management.
Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in ceramic tiles manufacturing
plant in both / different European and Chinese plants.
