At Multinet we are looking for an Assistant Manager – Projects in Karachi, which entails organizational assistance through its different stages and/or aspects, as and when needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyze strategic initiatives with the stakeholders and recommend way forw ard plans to the management as per agreed timelines.
Work with stakeholders to formulate organization wide processes and SOPs and implement them as per agreed timelines.
Carry out the tasks assigned by the line management as per agreed time lines throughout the year.
Develop and execute Training, Career development and team management prog ram throughout the year.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters with at least 2-3 years of experience in the similar role preferably.
Excellent Communication skills
