This position is responsible for identifying and highlighting the gaps, weaknesses, changing scenarios, in relation to established SOPs and prevailed procedures to raise and minimize the issues creating due to lack of understandings that would pave to control major losses in the Organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the appropriate reconciliation of all vendor payables through the zonal accountants.
- Monitor and lead Zonal Accountants to ensure the timely and accurate recording of weekly & monthly billing.
- Review post billing reports on a consistent basis to ensure effective compliance and avoid irregularities.
- To ensure the recording of 100% cash sales in company accounts as per internal financial controls and review revenue shortfalls if any.
- To ensure appropriate recording and reconciliation of all COD cash is deposited on a daily basis. To support head office in investigation of unethical practices in reported cases of COD.
- To physically verify cash and credit corporate customers on a random basis, to support head office in preparing feasibilities of new projects in the assigned region.
- To respond on internal audit observations and suggest effective controls to restrict the practice of observations to surface again, also to recommend such controls that those observations do not arise again.
Qualification Graduate + Partly qualified ACCA, ICMA, MBA FINANCE
Experience 8-10 years
Age 32 to 38 Years
