M&P Express Logistics Pvt Ltd Jobs July 2019:Urgently looking for HR & Admin Executive (Islamabad) at M&P Express Logistics for our Regional Office in Multan.
Min Qualification: B.Com/ BBA/ MBA HR
Min Exp: 3-4 years of Admin and HR Exp
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 To manage, scrutinize and validation of overall attendance record of relevant area(s).
 Maintain Leave records of all staff and share with HR Head Office on regular basis monthly. Reporting/intimation to Head Office within 24 hours through email with regard to any contingency (Hospitalization/death claim etc)
 Maintaining record of staff for Group Health & Life Insurance
 Prepare monthly attendance record for payroll processing. Validation, reconciliation of monthly data with the existing database
 Checking, screening of new hires documents. Ensuring 100% compliance of policies and procedure
 Transfers, re-designation, promotions cases discussed with Line Managers/ HOD and proceed to HR Head Office for approvals.
 Keep up to date database of staff
 Processing of TA/DA vouchers, resignation, exit cases
 Handling all issues pertaining to Govt Agencies and record keeping of PESSI, EOBI

Software Engineer (AM/DM Level) required at M&P Express Logistics to be based at Head Office (KHI)
Education: BE/BS Computer Sciences
Experience: 3 – 4 Years
Job Responsibilities:
a. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
b) Examines systems and business models and Analyze the system requirements
c) Debug existing source code and polish feature sets.
d) Develop, test and implement new and existing softwares
e) Design and update software database including software applications, websites, data communication processes and User Interfaces
f) Implementation and post implementation of a new system including Data Migration
g) Validate results by testing and providing references
h) Provide training and User Manuals to Users and manage changes
i) Investing, diagnosing and solving coding errors
j) Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
