Assistant Manager Operations

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of shipments. This includes managing first mile, middle mile and last mile ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire process of picking up and delivering packages. This includes route planning, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring that all deliveries are made on time
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. This includes safety protocols, delivery procedures, and customer service standards
- Oversee the financial aspects of the operation, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Monitor operational processes to ensure quality. Implement improvements as necessary to maintain high service standards
- Manage the resources of the company effectively, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel.
- Manage the courier staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Ensure that all staff members are well-trained and capable of performing their duties efficiently.
Qualification Graduate and/or Masters
Experience 3 – 5 years
Age 28 to 32 Years
