- BBA/MBA in HR
EXPERIENCE
- Fresh Graduates
SKILLS
- Knowledge of HR concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Flexible and open to learning in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
LOCATION
- Clifton Block 09, Karachi, Pakistan (Candidates residing nearby will be preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support HR operations by managing employee expenses and maintaining ledgers for reimbursements (TA/DA allowances).
- Update petty cash transactions.
- Process payments for employee allowances and expenses.
- Support in interview scheduling.
- Support in employee health insurance claims and reimbursements.
- Any other tasks assigned by HOD.
