Midas Safety Pakistan – Clothing Business is looking for an Officer Administration & Security in the Administration department. The position would require the candidate to do followings:
-Managing and monitoring of routinely canteen, housekeeping, transportation, gardening and other administrative activities and ensuring timely and accurate bill management and reconciliation of these activities
-Implementing security corporate policies and procedures while also maintaining daily records, tracking attendance, and CCTV surveillance
-Designing, organizing, and delivering security related trainings in compliance with the relevant changes to employees, security supervisors, and guards
-Coordinating and managing visitor/auditor accommodation for the business
-Maintaining relationships with Governmental agencies to mitigate social, political, and environmental risk
Participating and performing cross business administration activities and security audits.
-Executing and documenting factory wastages in collaboration with plant management and Zone authorities

Midas Safety Pakistan – Clothing Business is looking for an Officer Material Planning & Procurement in the Supply Chain department. The position would require the candidate to do followings:
-Building an alternate supplier base by identifying, analyzing, and recommending potential suppliers
Minimizing obsolete costs by controlling order quantities in accordance with manufacturing requirements
-Performing routine follow-ups on order management to avoid disruption in production lines
-Implementing all processes in line with standards and targets while also identifying potential gaps and proposing solutions
-Planning, facilitating, and forecasting material according to the production lines as per the required timeline, quality, and cost

Midas Safety Pakistan – Clothing Business is looking for an Assistant Account Manager in the Sales & Marketing department. The position would require the candidate to maintain high levels of customer service and provide support in business activities of the assigned accounts. This includes but is not limited to:
-Ensuring a smooth flow of operational activities from order receipt to order execution while managing and forecasting order positions for assigned accounts
-Increasing company’s product and sales portfolio through sampling for new and existing customers and products
-Tracking and managing receivables to meet OWC targets, minimize stock inventories, and to ensure efficient cashflow management
-Maintaining updated database and documentation records to meet SOPs
-Identifying and analyzing market trends in the industry to support the business portfolio
