Master Motor is looking for “Security Officer”
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Port Qasim to ensure the safety and security of our plant facilities. The primary responsibilities of this role include gate security and plant security, with a focus on preventing unauthorized access, protecting assets, and maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in security operations, with a strong understanding of plant security protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access at the plant entrance gate to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Conduct security checks on personnel, vehicles, and incoming/outgoing materials.
- Patrol the plant premises regularly to detect and deter security threats.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action.
- Enforce plant security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting security incidents, observations, and actions taken.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in security operations.
Experience in gate security and plant security is preferred.
Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical fitness and agility to perform security duties effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in industrial or plant security.
Certification in security-related fields is a plus.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing plant security operations.
Training in first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
