Job Description

Looking for a Team Leader – Utilities having hands-on expertise in the operation, maintenance, and repair of various utility infrastructure systems.

Required Skills

✔ Hands-on experience with utility infrastructure, including water distribution networks, HVAC systems, wastewater treatment plants, air compressors, WHRB, etc.
✔ Ensure the smooth functioning of utility systems (electricity, water, gas, air, etc.).
✔ Oversee maintenance and repair operations for utilities infrastructure.
✔ Ensure utilities are operating within specified parameters to meet organizational standards.
✔ Oversee troubleshooting and repairs of utility system failures.
✔ Provide technical support to the team and assist in resolving complex operational issues.
✔ Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimum utilization of tools, equipment, and personnel.
✔ Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and compliance activities.

Requirements

✔ B-Tech/DAE Mechanical
✔ 7 to 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
