Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and foster strategic customer engagement within the assigned territory
- Set and monitor sales targets for the region and key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies in line with broader organisational goals.
- Conduct regular meetings with key clients to strengthen relationships and address business needs.
- Build long-term partnerships and implement customer retention initiatives.
- Lead contract negotiations and deal closures in coordination with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee order fulfillment and post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the client base.
