Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training workshops, carry out assessments, and compile results.
- Design and develop new courses, review and update technologies/training courses.
- Assist in developing policies and SOPs.
- Assist in selecting and processing training-related material and equipment.
- Maintain and update records
Job Requirements:
- MBBS/BSN, BSMT (Critical Care or Respiratory Therapist) with at least 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Candidates with AHA (American Health Association) certification shall be preferred
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications
- Good teaching, communications and interpersonal skills
