ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants, and overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and communications with clients, vendors, Architects, and internal teams.
- Break projects down into doable tasks and establish realistic timeframes and goals with vendors and Architects.
- Create and update workflows to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct risk analyses and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders for smooth working.
- Review and analyze user/client requirements and relevant case studies.
- Track and keep projects’ future costs to ensure budget adherence.
- Monitor project progress proactively and address any potential issues or obstacles.
- Coordinate quality checks to ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
- Measure and report the project’s performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Act as the main point of contact for all project participants, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
