Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product
- Promote the company’s product by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Ensure targets for deployment of Knowledge Platform’s blended learning solution are met
- Assist teachers to use digital content in conducting lessons in class, and provide
recommendations on best teaching practices - Provide support and feedback after solution deployment
- Provide training and conduct learning workshops/boot camps
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Devise and present ideas and strategies to improve the support & engagement processes
- Plan and oversee new business development initiatives
- Create reports and plans for the prospective clients
Skills required - 01 – 3 years of experience.
- Experiencing in marketing & sales will be preferred.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Pro-active, self-starting work approach and must be a team player.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
- Takes initiative and is able to work under pressure.
- should be proficient enough in using Microsoft office tools.
Education/Eligibility
- Bachelors/Masters’ degree in Engineering, CS/IT, Education, Business Administration or related discipline
- Traveling: 70% travel required
