Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage IT operations related to banking applications for production systems.
- Supervise day to day issues faced during live operations for timely resolution including core banking, EBS, ADC and Allied applications etc.
- Ensure proper application controls are in place and in compliance with regulatory, internal and external auditing requirements.
- Communicate effectively acting as a key liaison with stakeholders and vendors
- Responsible for Disaster Recovery & business continuity processes verification
Responsible for creating and maintaining the Application related technical diagrams, documentation & presentations - Responsible to Address and close audit / IT Security findings/observations within the give timelines.
- Responsible to maintain development, testing and production environments as per KMBL policy.
- Responsible for smooth execution of release management process within KMBL
Responsible to ensure timely conclusion of problems, incident and vendor management.
Budget & RFPs:
Initiate and track IT application budgetary line items as per procurement process
Manage application related Invoices & RFP in i-procurement
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors in Information Technology or in Computer Science with emphasis on Software Engineering from an HEC recognized / overseas university.
Management Reporting:
· Present performance KPIs and Dashboard and prepare report to senior management
· Develop, Implement and maintain all operational processes, procedures and policies related to System administration.
Team Management
Responsible to supervise and manage support team and ensure SLA / OLA are met in timely manner
