Who are we looking for?
- Have a minimum of 4-5 years plus working experience with ATM Switching, Host interfacing, Card Switch systems, ATMs and Card System Interfaces in a similar environment.
- Minimum Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science from a HEC recognized/overseas university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Production systems (ADC Services) are up and running with optimal performance and smooth business operations.
- Ensure that the functionality deployed in production servers executes smoothly.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day technical support for IRIS 5 and Sparrow MPG systems.
- Take appropriate action to antici
- pate, investigate and resolve problems in related systems and services.
- Implement related application upgrades or changes to the Switch and ATMs for performance, security or business benefits.
- Supervise technical support for the Switch and the devices connected to the switch – namely HSM, Host, ATM Machines and OnUs/OffUs payment channels.
- Administrate the configuration and tuning of Interfaces between 1Link Network and Connected Partners Networks.
- Conduct all types of Card / ATM / POS related POC / SIT / UAT for all enhancements and new systems.
- Managing CIF files and end-to-end Card production process.
- Maintain and manage system configurations and transactions logs.
- Coordinate the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures to ensure that the issues once encountered are not repeated.
- Comply proper application controls including change management is in place according to the compliance and audit (internal and external).
- Evaluate and execute system enhancement, Change request, related reporting and data extract requests from business users.
