Khushhali Microfinance Bank is now being further expanded with the launch of “Khushhali Karobar” —a new distribution network of specialized branches for catering financial needs of Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Due to the unprecedented growth in our business, we are currently seeking competent individuals having relevant experience for the following positions at various locations:
Position: Branch Manager
Objective: Responsible for SME Asset & Liability business growth, business planning, lead branch effectively to ensure achievement of sales and profitability objectives, manage customer relationships to meet internal service standards, enforce implementation of processes in sales, service, and delivery to customer in accordance with KMBL policies and SBP regulations. Supervise branch Operations, Asset & Liability Teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably 16 years of education from a foreign/ HEC recognized university, in Business Administration/Commerce/Accounting/Finance/ Agriculture or Economics.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as RM/OM in commercial banking in SME, Retail, or liability stream.
Position: Operations Manager
Objective: Responsible for supervision of the Branch Operations. Lead the team in compliance with operational processes relating to in-house Customer Servicing, Account Opening, Cash Management, Security & Safety, Fund Management, and General Administration in accordance with KMBL policy and SBP regulations. Operate within assigned budget and promote savings supporting business endeavors.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably 16 years of education with a specialization in Banking/Finance/Accounting or Commerce.
- Candidates having JAIBP Stages or Other Banking certification(s) will be given preference.
- Minimum 3 years’ branch banking operations experience in a commercial bank.
Locations: Faisalabad, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Haripur, Lahore, Okara, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sialkot, Sheikhupura
