International Packaging Films Limited is looking for a dynamic resource for the position of “𝗖𝗦𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁” who will be responsible to process export sales orders in SAP, track and monitor delivery of orders in hand and address customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Ensure timely and accurate internal and external communication regarding order status and updates.
- Process orders in the SAP system and issue proforma invoices, ensuring they accurately reflect customer requirements.
- Track and monitor the delivery of orders in hand to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, including addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Continuously improve order processing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: M. Com/BBA/MBA
- 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1 – 3 Years’ experience as Export Sales Coordinator
- Hands-on Experience of SAP S4 Hana will be preferred
