We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “Finance Manager” to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with financial controls and support business growth through effective financial management.
📍 Location: Islamabad
🎓 Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.
💼 Experience:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
- Experience in retail, FMCG or multi-branch operations will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and internal controls.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee financial operations across the assigned region.
- Ensure timely preparation and review of financial reports and MIS.
- Monitor branch-wise financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for the region.
- Supervise cash management, banking transactions and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Monitor inventory controls and financial risks across regional operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Lead and develop the regional finance team to achieve operational excellence.
