Lead and oversee the school’s academic and administrative operations, setting strategic direction to enhance educational outcomes, strengthen operational effectiveness, and ensure alignment with organisational policies and leadership expectations.
SKILLS
- Expertise in teaching & learning methodologies and curriculum implementation
- Strong knowledge of CAIE Senior School standards
- Experience in vision setting and school improvement initiatives
- Capability in staff development and performance enhancement
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
